On Friday 5 March 2010 the Walford First Eight won the U19 Women's Eight Championship title at the Australian Rowing Nationals at Nagamble in Victoria.

The crew led all the way to win by a length over the Western Australian Rowing Club.  The field was made up of older crews from clubs and schools around Australia.
