Growth through Spirituality

Students are encouraged to explore their own and the church's spirituality, and to develop spiritual resources for facing the challenges of life after secondary school.

The Anglican approach to education is broad and tolerant while encouraging intellectual rigour. Through Religious Education classes and other school activities, and with the support of Walford's Chaplain, students are encouraged to explore their own and the church's spirituality, and to develop spiritual resources for facing the challenges of life after secondary school.

Students are also involved in a range of community service activities throughout the year. This is in keeping with the Christian ethos of the school and also fulfills the International Baccalaureate requirement of Creativity, Community and Service.
